Visiting this site

We measure how the site is used — pages opened, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what kind of device it was. This is aggregate: we do not build a profile of you and we do not know who you are.

If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and your address so we can reply.

If you have a partnership agreement with us

Creators who agree paid work with us provide details we are required to hold: name, contact details, national identification number, tax information and bank account details. We collect these for one reason — to pay you and to file the withholding tax the Revenue Department requires.

We keep them for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires us to, and we share them only with the Revenue Department, our accountant, and the bank making the payment. We do not sell them, and we do not use them for anything else.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once the statutory retention period has passed. Write to hello@ericerialabs.com and we will answer.

Our own social media accounts

We publish to social accounts that belong to us, using the platforms’ official APIs. This involves our own accounts only. We do not collect, read or store anything about the people who follow or interact with those accounts beyond what the platforms themselves show us.

Where information is kept

On servers operated by our infrastructure providers, in and outside Thailand. Access is limited to the people who need it, which at our size is a small number.
